By using Arezo Music ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

These Terms apply to all users of the Bot, including server owners, administrators, and members who interact with the Bot in any Discord server.

Arezo Music is a Discord bot that provides music streaming services, including but not limited to:

• Playing music from various sources
• Queue management and playlist creation
• Audio filters and effects
• Music-related commands and features

The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

By using Arezo Music, you agree to:

• Use the Bot in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service
• Not use the Bot for illegal activities or copyright infringement
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the Bot's functionality
• Not spam commands or overload the Bot's systems
• Respect other users and maintain appropriate conduct
• Not use the Bot to play copyrighted content without proper authorization

You may not use Arezo Music for:

• Playing copyrighted music without proper licensing
• Commercial purposes without explicit permission
• Harassment, abuse, or harmful activities
• Attempting to reverse engineer or modify the Bot
• Creating alternative interfaces or competing services
• Any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws

Arezo Music and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of any content they create using the Bot, but grant us a license to use such content as necessary to provide the service.

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot.

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Bot.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Bot will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
